and the final thing polnareff remembered was the crusaders the final time and all his adventures.
Now we see in episode 33 of golden wind or chapter 132 of part 5 manga when polnareff thought this is the end for him the last thoughts that were going through his mind were to protect arrow from diavalo tho not knowing that he cant use arrow on himself as not being worthy which we later saw during final battle when arrow slipped through his hands. So what we know of a requiem stand is that when a stand user is worthy and their stand is pierced with the stand awakening arrow the stand evolves to a requiem stand which works on sole will of the user and will even reject the upcoming events if they are not according to the will of the stand user. Now before i start i am not the one to come up with this theory, i saw it on reels a few days ago and i came up with some reasons that why this theory could be cannon.
